    ABOUT

    Mama Bear’s Den combines homemade comfort food with a welcoming, engaging, and fun dining experience. Focusing on quality, community, and creativity, the restaurant is a cherished part of the local dining scene. 


    Michelle & Cory have been running Mama Bear's Den since 2016 at Rowans Ravine Provincial Park until they opened in Strasbourg, SK in 2025. 


    HISTORY

    In 2015, Michelle Gotch (owner) developed plans with her mother to start a restaurant together. Michelle had a very close relationship with her mom and would have made the perfect partner, especially as a former restaurant owner; however, in March 2016, she lost her mother to illness. 


    DEDICATION

    This restaurant is dedicated to her mom, aka Mama Bear, as Michelle carries her legacy forward through this business, based on the values of family, friends, memories, and quality homemade food.
